trevi ctv built in shower model A3102

The shower is 5 years old it has an easi boost pump in the system. I am not getting any cold water through my shower, even if I turn the power off to the pump and unscrew the headset as you would do to prime the system after installation. The filter between the make ap tank and the pump and the filter on the inlet side of the pump are both clear. I am getting good flow to the pump.Is there a flow valve on the hot and cold inlet to the shower that I could swap over to check, is there a way to test the thermostatic cartridge or could you give me any other advice.

Thanks

There filters on the thermostatic cartridge so I would strip it out and check that they are clean.

When it is out I would pack some plastic bags round the valve to prevent water running back into the wall then turn on the hot and cold supply indivually and see what sore of flow you are getting from each.

They should both be roughly the same.
