Trevi outline built in shower valve IDL-PARANT-14

only getting very hot water through the shower when set to 40 degrees. Pump supplies 2 showers, so know water is flowing ok because other shower working OK. could it be the valve that has failed. is it a common problem. what would I need to fix it.

It may need a new thermostatic cartridge however first stripthe cartridge out and check the filters are clear if the filters are clear thenyou probably need a new cartridge if not once you clean them the shower shouldbe OK
