Two problems - gives only hot water and won't shut off
Here is the spares diagram and a list of spares for the shower in your images - www.showerdoc.com/trevi-outline-a3700-built-in-thermostatic-shower-valve
If you are experiencing temperature problems that are isolated to the shower valve then you would need to replace the thermostatic cartridge which is item 19 from the spares list.
If the shower is not switching off or the spindle is spinning it could be down to the gears inside that control the flow cartridge that are worn (ITEM 15 / 16 ) will be needed) if they are ok then you will require new flow cartridges (ITEM 18)
Alternatively - please check all the gears 15 / 16 are working and not damaged or worn in anyway.
There are two flow cartridges situated behind the light grey housing in your shower which houses the flow cartridges and the gears set.
The manufacturer do recommend that you replace both on / off cartridges (item 18) whilst you have the shower stripped don to save you time and money going forward.
