This question is regarding Trevi Showerhead Gold - L6739AZ

Replacement of Gold Brittania 'St James' shower head

We have a ten year old shower, as mentioned above. The shower has been dropped onto the base and broken the shower head. Can universal shower heads be fitted or will we need a brittania one ? I know it may be aproblem as it's a gold unit. Thanks!
