Levers are stuck probably with limescale

Hi

we have a Trevi shower with two levers similar to this (the shower has both a handheld and fixed head ) with a single mixer valve with a temperature override button. The levers are pretty well jammed and the plumber was reluctant to disassemble as we have no instructions. Are these T valves a standard fit - would this fit our shower - or do different models / sizes exist. Does it come with instructions so a plumber could replace - I assume this unit will need replacing ?

I attach a photo of the shower we have. Thx Rob Adams

There are no instructions with this item, but it is a simple fit and should be easy to work out.

You could contact the manufacturer if stuck.
