Trevi T Valve Complete for L7064AA

Hi there, hope you can help, I have a Trevi shadow moon shower and the control that release the water has become struck, this has happened before 6 months ago and I replace the internal cartridge, which helped..but it has happened again. Will replacing the T Value complete solve this and where could I get one. many thanks
