No water

So the on off valve just continuously spins what parts would I need to resolve this

The on/off control has a clutch mechanism so it will keep turning if you push it however, usually what happens is the on/off cartridges tighten up and the resistance is stronger than the clutches and the clutches start to slip.

So you could just replace the clutches

However in my experience you almost certainly need to replace the on/off cartridges a t the same time.
