Trevi Therm Built in Shower-A3000

Hi My shower working great,but after changing over from a flexible hose to a fixed over head shower using 22mm copper,as the instruction booklet said. The shower come's on then stop's, can you help me. Thank you.

Can't think of a reason why this should happen!

However a few things to check first have you checked the filters are clean on the thermostatic cartridge.

Could you possibly have reversed the hot and cold supply pipes when you were doing the alteration?

One of the things I would try is removing the gear box and trying to turn the hot and cold on individually and see if there is a problem with one of the supplies.

Thank you very much, the cold supply was not opening.
After 6 week's off not being used, worked it loose with
the gear wheels working fine now.Thank's again.

It sounds like you may not have enough flow to reach the new head in a sustained manner or you have a temperature issue that is shutting off the thermostatic cartridge.
