Trevi Therm What Part?

Hello I have a customer who's shower does not turn off easily and drips. Could you please recommend what items I will require for repair?

Parts 18 in the above may be the the cause of the drip, but you will need to check that parts 15-16 are in working order, as they too could cause this fault.
