This question is regarding Trevi Therm Shower Valve Spares - Post 1997

Trevi Thermo Built in Mixer

When turning on the shower, the water only gets tepid, whilst the Thermo control seems to work the water temp does not change, any advice please.

You may have a faulty , www.showerdoc.com/ideal-standard-wittlich-3-4-thermostatic-cartridge-d-08-s960134nu , or the hot inlet maybe blocked.
