shower too hot

I have a trevi shower and getting reports of going too hot and on turning the temperature down still on the hot side. I can feel cold water on the cold inlet pipe but wondered if it was a thermo problem or a mixer problem.

You should check the flow valves first. If these are fine then you may have a faulty thermostatic cartridge.
