Water temperature

Hi Recently moved into a house that has this Trevi unit. If I Fully heat the hot tank to 65C I get a hot shower. But as soon as the tank cools by 1-3 degrees the shower will stay cool (25C) and increasing the temperature control has no effect. Running the sink tap I still get scalding hot water. Any ideas? I’ve changed the thermostat cartridge but it did not cure it.

You may have a faulty flow cartridge that is causing this problem. Or the cartridge is shutting down because the water is too hot, as a safety measure.
