trevi therm not working

Our trevi Therm has stopped working .When you turn on the flow control water comes through the shower head then stops ,nothing happens if you continue to turn the flow control what is likely to be wrong with it

It is likely to be a faulty cartridge however strip out the existing cartridge and make sure the filters are clean if they are clean then you probably need a new cartridge.
