trevi traditional shower strip down

how to strip it down to change cartridge

Sorry for the delay in replying

I don’t know how detailed you need me to be

However

Remove the knobs and covers

This will reveal the carriers for the knobs if you have the older type then the temperature carrier is shaped like a rocket in two of the rocket tail fins there Alen screws these need to be slackened (Not removed) this will allow the carrier to be removed so you can gain access to ther cartridge which should just unscrew..... after you have turned off the water!

The newer type carrier  is secured  by a clip

The carrier is grey and the clip is black it is just a case of pushing the black clip side ways with your thump and this will release the carrier.

There two parts to the carrier the bit that carries the knob and the bit that carries the bit that carries the knob!!!

They are both secured by the same type of clip.
