No Hot Water from Trevi shower

I recently had a plumber in who replaced the tempreature part for my shower as there was no hot water coming out. From your diagrams it looks like the part he replaced was the Thermostatic control cartridge with a similar part bought from B&Q. After a couple of use's it seems to have gone again....is it the part or could something else be breaking the control?

I don’t think that B&Q would carry that kind of spare

Did he charge around £130? For the part?

My advice would be to take the old cartridge out make sure that the filters are clean if they are then you probably need a new cartridge, when it is out photograph it because they can be difficult to ID…
