Trevi therm 300

I have this valve with the 2 screws holding the front plate, I have bought a replacement valve S960134NU but the existing adjuster, temperature control mechanism (part 19) in your drawing, won’t fit over the valve, do you have one that will fit?

I think you may have the wrong cartridge the one below is the older type (they both look the same!)

The difference is as you look at the outer end as you look down the shaft you come to a brass ring.

On the newer version this brass ring is tapered.

The handle carriers for each of these cartridges are different and not transferable.
