Retaining ring

We have a Trevi shower that was installed about 20 years ago and looks very like the one depicted in the illustration. This morning the retaining ring snapped. It is a separate piece which slots under the soapdish on the plastic ring at the bottom of the chrome vertical support. Is it possible to buy the ring on its own?The ring has an internal diameter of 3.5cm

As far as I know these parts are only sold by the manufacturer together.

You maybe able to get one directly from them.
