Rubber for inside fixture

Hi. I bought one of these last week from yourselves. the one i had seem to have a rubber section inside to grip the wall fixture. the one i bought from you doesnt seem to have this rubber and so it cant grip the wall fixture.



do you seel the ruuber insert for this part?

Hi Martin

 

The picture just shows the black plastic part that presses against the rail when you lock the holder in place.

 If there is a problem with the holder we can replace it

Could you have a 22mm rail and have ordered a 25mm holder?
