What a fabulous company these guys are; first of all the website is brilliant and easy to navigate and you can find all manner of things for your shower. The parts are just what you need, no more no less, I didn't the whole riser set I just needed the moveable showerhead holder.
Then the delivery turnaround is superbly quick and informative.
The part came and through no fault of their own had a small scratch on it, their customer service was excellent a replacement part was dispatched along with returns packaging to return the original all at no extra cost.
If only more businesses were operated this way, fast, friendly and efficient.
