A simple but effective device which suffers an inherent problem in hard-water areas from scale on the Riser tube. Even if you fully depress the button before raising/lowering the spray-head, the rubber insert can "grab" the riser & rip-out. Over a very short period of time it becomes unserviceable. ShowerDoctor supplied me with a new one in 2 days from ordering over the Jubilee Bank Holiday. Cracking price, amazing turnaround !!
