how important is it to fit a flow regulator to a Triton Vitino concentric mixer shower? and what are symptons if none fitted?

This entirely depends on the water pressure in the hot and cold supplies.

If the pressure is not too high and roughly equal hot and cold then not usually vitally important.

if no regulators fitted and you have pressure problems then getting an even temperature from the shower may be difficult.
