Hi

I purchased a Triton Alex fixed head shower about 5 years ago and I live in a very hard water area. Can you tell me how I can take it apart for serious descaling (I have always soaked it regularly) as I can't work it out and I need to get inside as the rubber holes are clear but the shower operates only at half power. Any help would be much appreciated?

I dont know if it is possible to take it apart. Soaking seams to be the best thing to do.
