Triton Alicante, 8,5/9.5kw (not sure, just had a message)

Have a client who says that the water temperature is not stablized, that its either too hot or cold.

Would the flow control need replacing or cleaning!

If a replacement is needed, roughly how much?

Thank you.

Turn the shower temperature control from fully cold to fully hot. When you do this slowly there should be a gradual change in temperature and flow. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference, or the flow or temperature is erratic,  then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.
