Replacement shower mixer

I need to replace the shower mixer unit completely could you please advise all the components I require and prices plus delivery charge . I basically have just the pipes coming out of the wall and I would be looking at procuring three of these units complete

If the pipe centers are 150mm then the above should be suitable.
