This question is regarding Triton Dart/Amala/Mersey Concentric Valve Service Kit - 83312810

No hot water flow

My Triton Mersey Mixer Shower has been losing flow from the shower head and now no hot water is entering the unit. Cold water is entering when temperature control knob is at the cold position. No water enters when the control knob is moved towards the hot direction.Check valve and filter show no signs of fouling. I have been unable to remove the cartridge. Have you seen this problem before.

You may need to re-grease the internals or replace them as you may have a faulty thermostat etc.
