Is there a shower head of this type or similar that will fit a triton electric shower that is easy to clean?

These " Wand " type shower heads are not suitable for electric showers, they may blow the PRD.
There are a number of easy clean types that are " rub clean" such as the, www.showerdoc.com/triton-lara-3-spray-shower-head-white-88500058
