Power, no water, solenoid resistence okay

Hi

Shower stopped working after roughly six years of daily use. I checked the resistance of the solenoid and it's 3.7 ohms. When I check the voltage across the terminals, I get zero volts. When I turn shower on, I can hear what sounds like the motor but it looks like power is not getting to the solenoid. Also, alot of shoot when I take the cover off.

Thanks

Ifthere is no power getting to the solenoid then it is most likely to be the potentiometerthat is faulty which is part of the front cover assembly.

Howeverit may be worth checking that there is power going in to and out of the PCBthere is just a chance that it could be faulty.
