Replacement riser rail assembly for Triton Aquasensation Combi HP

I have a Triton Aquasensation Combi HP shower fitted with riser rail set part no. 83303490. I need to replace either the bottom bracket or the complete riser rail set. Are parts available to repair the original set. If not then can I buy a replacement that will fit without drilling fresh holes in my bathroom wall/tiles.

The Tritin Aquasensation PC assembly that you provided a link to is not the same as mine and the part numbers are different. If I bought the replacement you suggested, would I be able to fit it without having to drill fresh holes in my bathroom tiles ?

The rail you have is no longer available and the link that I gave is for an adjustable rail, so it should fit.
