Water leaking from inside unit

Had a shower other day and had problems with high water presure.There was a strange noice from the pump and water was coming from inside unit.Stripped unit and water seemed to come from small tank inside unit could this have split under the pressure and if so do you have a replacement

These are the only things inside this shower, but I do not understand your reference to a "small tank,"
