no power

hi when I turn on my shower the power light flickers red but when I turn the knob to a setting e.g high ,low ,ecco, the light goes out and the shower does not operate any ideas please

The wall/ceiling switch may be faulty and not supplying the shower with 230-240v that it needs to run. This needs to be checked.

You need to check that the wall / ceiling switch to the shower is not damaged and giving 230-240v at the shower.
