This question is regarding Triton Aquatronic 1 - Shower Spares

i just replaced the outlet pipe,like for like making sure the washer was in place connected the wires closed it up, and turned on the water. when i switched on the shower, water was coming out the bottomof the unit so i turned off the water, and tripped the circuit breaker to the shower. I might add that when the replacement outlet pipe came, it did without the washer so i used the old one but it looked ok. now i feel ive just wasted money.

This outlet pipe is not supplied from the manufacturer with an "O" ring, as the old one is rarely faulty. When replacing the outlet pipe it is best to put the "O" ring on the outlet pipe rather than the can and a small amount of grease also helps. Retrying the item this way may help.
