Shower head dripping when turned off

I have the above shower and searched for a fix and was told to rplace the pressure release valve no 6, will that fix the problem as it isnt leaking there, Its leaking from the shower head, there doesnt appear to be a solenoid so is there any thing else it could be.

If the above is faulty it can cause a dripping head.
