Water Leak from Cartridge/Stabiliser Assembly

Each time the shower is switch on and water comes out of the shower head water also starts pouring out of the 2 small slit holes on the front of the cartridge/stabiliser valve assembly.

Is there anything I can do or does this require a new part?

It is the stabilizer valve that is leaking unfortunately this is now obsolete.

Unfortunately there is nothing that is a direct replacement.

The T80z fast fit will probably be the easiest replacement
