triton aquatronic 2 7.5 kw shower

When I turn on shower, water is running from outlet pipe and prd clear tube behind outlet pipe, why is this?

The Pressure Relief Device has actuated and needs replaced, it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
Check the hose is not kinked or collapsed internally and the shower head is clear as this can sometimes be the cause.
