Shower head

Can I replace the shower head at home? If so, could you kindly let me know how this is done? ANd can I buy any shower head from the market?

The shower head simply unscrews from the hose , Triton recommend that only the Triton head be used with their showers and the one suitable for your shower can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
