Triton Aqutronic 3 Ultra 9.5kw electric shower

The shower head holder riser has broken and I need a replacement. It is a straight riser rail and when I phoned Triton they told me it would either be 19mm or 22mm . I have measure it and think it is a 22mm white replacement holder that Inrequire. Do you supply these and what would the cost be.? Also would any holder that is 22mm suffice.
