Triton Aquatronic 3 Ultra 8.5kw

I have this shower in my holiday cottage, fitted to replace the same in 2014, at the moment, the power light on the ceiling is on but both lights on shower unit are off,and the water doesn't heat, good pressure of cold water coming through. I live on the Isle of Skye so not easy to get help.Is there anything that could be checked ? any cut out switches? Do I need an electrician or a plumber? I kept the old shower if I remember the fault there was a plastic cog on a switch? might I have the spare part in the old shower? Sorry really dumb questions, but I no nothing about showers and live alone. so no-one to ask. It says the Perluso is similar but when I check the shower it says not the ultra?Is there a shower with the same fittings as the 3 ultra?, the tiles have been cut around this one so if I do have to replace it would need to be the same shape etc. is there such a shower? Thankyou for your help I really would appreciate your advice,

Sounds like you may have a faulty Thermal Cut Out, see below for how to check.
