PRD still releasing water, even with hose disconnected

Yesterday water started flowing out of the PRD. I disconnected the hose, thinking a kink or blockage was the problem, but it still does it even with the hose disconnected.

So I switched off the power supply, pulled the face plate off and had a look, but the PRD doesn't seemed damaged, everything is attached tightly.

Any advice?

The PRD has a small ball inside which gets blown out if the pressure gets too much. If you look inside the PRD that you have the ball will be missing or dislodged.

If I buy a new PRD does it come with the ball included?

Doubt it makes a difference but it's the aquatronic 4 ultra electric in question.
