This question is regarding Triton AS2000 manual power shower - Shower Spares

AS2000XT Aqua Sensation - Starting on its own

Used the shower as normal yesterday but halfway through the tone of the motor raised slightly but there was no change to temperature or flow. I didn't think anything of it, but today the unit turned itself on and ran for two minutes before stopping all by itself. It has now done this twice today. The on/off button and flow/thermostat dials have no effect at all. But cutting the power does kill it off. It's a new installation, used less than 10 times I would say, and fitted by a professional, not myself! Baffled by this.

In the first instance I would ask the person who installed it to call back and check that the installation is OK.

If it is OK then contact Triton and they will send out an engineer my advice is not to touch it in case you invalidate the guarantee.
