Triton AS2000X Temperature Control

Hi.

We have a Triton AX2000X fitted and have found that whilst the Temperature Control Knob stays in the same position (hot water) without moving the Knob the water cools off over time.

Maybe it would be easier explained as follows, we have had to turn up the knob to maintain hot water, we are currently set on number 9 and if the water cools at this setting we are snookered.

Any ideas would be helpful.

There are no issues with hot water to the plumbing system.

Thanks In Anticipation
