Replacing temperature valve

I have just bought a new temperature mixer valve for this shower. Part 6. I have just fitted it. The shower is now as leaky as a collander. It came with no replacement rings. I tried applying silicone grease to the existing O rings but it still leaks. Can one get a new set of O rings for this part. It seems silly to me not to supply a new set when replacing this part. The manufacturer do not sell a seal kit for this item, as the old "O" ring , if fitted correctly, are usually enough for the job.
You will need to contact them directly regarding replacements.
