Shower doesn't always turn off and flow fluctuates

What's parts should be replaced.Could the problem be furredbup pipes as I live in a hard water (chalk) area?

First I would check that the inlet filters are clean this may stop the irregular temperature problem

The not switching off may be caused by a faulty solenoid which unfortunatelt is now discontinued.

The AS2000SR is probably the easiest change over.
