This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Power Shower Spares

Fault with Triton AS2000XT

Shower flow comes on when MAINS switch turned ON. Then, when the shower-unit on/off switch is turned ON the flow is reduced and when it is turned OFF the flow is increased. Seems to be 'inverted' operation!

Water seems to heat OK.

Flow only ceases when MAINS switch turned off.

I think you may have 2 faults

 

First strip the filters out and make sure that they are clean and clear if this doesn’t resolve the problem then I would replace the solenoid valve.
