This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Power Shower Spares

Hot cold mix

My triton thermostatic power shower purchased in Amazon is not mixing the water correctly We have very cold or very hot with no mixing to medium level so you can have normal shower without been burnt with hot water or frozen with cold water. Can any body help please??? I purchased this unit in Amazon and Triton Ireland will not honour guarantee or provide phone advice.

The above part maybe faulty , or the hot water maybe too hot for the shower thermostat.
