Triton AS2000XT Power Shower motor still runs after turning it off

Brand new not even two weeks old...Triton AS2000XT Power Shower motor still runs after turning power off!!!

Contact Triton as it would appear that the pcb maybe  faulty and the shower is still under warranty.
