This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Thermostatic Power Shower (White/Chrome)

I have replaced my old Aqua Sensation 2000 with this model, however the new model will not provide any more power than a slow trickle during the commissioning or operation after removing the commissioning link. The water pressure isn't great, but the last Sensation was on the same supply and seemed to pump fine. Is there something I am missing?

First check that there is power to the shower and that the motor is running. If so then check that the filters, head and hose are clear, and that the plugs are in the inlets that are not being used.
