This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Thermostatic Power Shower (White/Chrome)

eratic pulsating flow

This is a newly installed shower. I nstalled correctly as per instructions. On start it works perfectly. after a few minutes the flow pulsates [no flow/little flow]. After shutting down for a few minutes the flow resumes but in a short time the fault re occurs. As feel sure that the tap off from the hot water cylinder/vent pipe is ok Please advise

Check that the filters are clear. If so then it does sound like the flow is not there and you should check the supply to the shower.
