fitting in place of an electric shower

is a qualified electriction able to fit this or does it require a plumber im replacing with just a standard triton electroc shower

Your existing shower is connected into the water mains, thenew shower needs to be connected into the low pressure hot and cold watersystem, so there will be more plumbing work than electrical, most plumbersshould be able to do this, however why don’t you get the plumber to do theplumbing work and your dad to do the electrical.
