LUKE WARM RUNNING WATER

even at 9 on the dial it is barely hot 8 on the dial and it is cold cold tank in loft above hot water cylinder in cupboard next to shower cubicle set at 65'

You may have a faulty thermostatic valve, however the firstthing to do is strip the filters out and make sure that they are clean andclear.
