This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Thermostatic Power Shower (White/Chrome)

poor flow during and after commissioning new shower

I have just fitted a new as2000xt shower with all new pipework etc. the flow is not great with the flow switch to min and nothing at all with flow switch to max. I get a humming noise from the shower but I do not think pump is running

Check the connection from the cover to the PCB is ok. Make sure that there is a good flow , as per the commissioning instructions, if not check the filters. If all this is fine test the solenoid.
